Artist Tarot Cards

PROCESS

For this project, I carefully selected a wide variety of creative individuals. These people ranged from painters to designers to photographers. I then chose pieces of artwork done by each and pulled them into Procreate on my iPad. I decided to hand-draw each artwork so that even though they are all very different pieces of work, they will have the same art styles in line length and color palette - which I chose a more dulled aesthetic. Once completed, I exported them to InDesign for layout design and typography.

For those seeking, tarot cards are meant to help gain insight into one’s future, reasoning for the past, or even questions about themselves. This could resonate with current artists who are struggling or need inspiration - they turn to these past artists who have set the stage for the principles of art.
